The menu has been prepared by Justin Leiter of the Red Horse Tavern, and wine will be served with each course.
- Salad - mixed green salad, with prosciutto, roasted tomato, curried almonds, and a Champagne Vinaigrette
- Appetizer - Salmon Cake with lemon dill aioli
- Main Course - Braised Short Ribs with a mushroom ragout, roasted red skin potatoes, and green beans
- Dessert - sweet potato cheesecake
