Board Meetings
The next Strategic Planning meeting is scheduled for October 5, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Banquet Room. The board is planning to meet with all the Committee Chairs. This meeting is open to the public.
The next regular Nittany Board meeting is scheduled for October 19, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the Banquet Room. The meetings are open to all members. All voting members receive the minutes, and the date of the next meeting is included at the end of the minutes. This meeting is open to the public.
Fridays on the Porch
Adam Yarger will perform from 7 to 10 p.m. on the NCC heated patio on October 16. Public welcome. $5 cover. Adam’s blend of country rock and whatever you request is a must-listen. Click the image to hear a sample of what Adam has to offer. Come early for a Special Dinner by Linda.
Ladies Monthly Bridge
Join the ladies and play “Fun Bridge.” Beginners always welcome. The next event is Wednesday, October 28, from 1-4 p.m. in the Grill Room. There will be no kitchen service, but snacks will be available. Sign up online or contact Betty at nittanycountryclubnews@gmail.com.
91 Stitches will be playing on Saturday, October 31, for a Halloween Party. Open to the public. $10 Cover. Prizes will be awarded for the best costume.

Alumni Scramble Winners
On Friday, October 2, Nittany Country Club members Luke Anderson and Tony Edmondson, along with teammates Jamison Tilford and Kevin Dugan, won the 2026 Lock Haven University Alumni Association scramble at Belle Springs. They finished 14 under par, tied for 1st place, but won on tiebreakers.

The Golf Shop will start closing at 6:30 p.m. going forward.
Golf Reminder
Please put the rakes back in the bunker after use, as this helps with the mowers.
Pro Shop Credits must be used by the end of October.
Men’s Tuesday League
Tuesday’s men’s league will meet at 10:30 a.m., with an 11 a.m. tee-off for the rest of the season. Come out and join the fun! Contact Pete Brown with questions.
